“Take control of your Body and Mind through Meditation and Yoga. Yoga has been a part of my life for over 10 years, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless. Mindfulness inspires me to live each moment more with understanding, grace and non attachment.
I have been certified to teach mindfulness meditation with University of Holistic Healing since 2011 and completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training with Cindy and Gina at Yoga Om in South Lake Tahoe. I will always be a student of a mindfulness practice and am deeply grateful for the wisdom all my teachers have shared with me.
In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you start or deepen your practice. I seek to help others by teaching how to incorporate everyday stresses and health concerns with daily meditation and yoga practices. I want to bring out the powerful and confident I AM in all my students so then they can become the teacher. We all can take control of our mind and body and let that shit go.
