Yoga is the path to keeping the body and mind aligned. After car accidents, injuries, arthritis I’m grateful to my teachers for healing, recovery and the great results: more days of skiing, climbing, cycling and yoga!
Yoga came into my life at age 16 with the practice of Surya Namaskar, which I have performed more or less every day for over 35 years. In more recent years I was fortunate to be a student at the Abode of Iyengar Yoga in San Francisco. In the last few months I had the great opportunity to be trained “at the source” in India at the Patanjali International Yoga Foundation (Hatha Ancient Style) in Rishikesh. I look forward to sharing as much as I can with you in my classes at Yoga Om Studio!
